Having worked with a number of couples over the years, in a verity of different situation, we have come to the conclusion that the main service they need is peace of mind. We have designed our service using that as our main goal. We therefore offer a service where couples can view their wedding plans and the progress at any time. This will make the run up to the Big Day as pleasant and stress free as possible.

Wedding Plans on the Web

The Web over the last few years has made the world smaller, however travelling distances have remained the same! To bridge these gaps, we offer consultations over the web, at a time that suits you. This can either be done using a web cam or through e-mail, whichever you prefer.

As we live in a fast paced society many people are used to having everything right now. To help these couples we will plan, organize and co-ordinate their wedding within four months. These clients have to be aware that their choice of venues etc. may be very restricted. If, after planning your wedding and organizing everything yourself, you find that nothing seems to be coming together, don't worry, we can help. We can simply tie all the loose ends together so that you can relax and enjoy the run up to your special day.

As well as our normal event planning services we also offer, for both our national and international clients, the following services.

• A secured web page, where you can view your event plan, its progress, and make payments.
• Consultation on line through web cam or chat room (consultation can also be carried out in person, national client only)
• Organization of the whole event within 4 months
• A rescue service, taking over the planning and running of the event at any time.
• Video footage of suggested venues (This is an extra cost and would be charged at a rate according to requirements, between £15 and £50 per video)

Wedding Planning for International Clients

Planning a wedding is a colossal task without the added obstacle of an ocean. At Happy Ever After we hope that we can put your minds at ease. When organizing an international wedding many couples worry about their guests. We can organize a number of activities for your guests on the run up to the Big Celebration. To ensure they are all comfortable we can also organize their accommodation. To put your mind at rest we can organize their flights, so you are sure they all arrive safely and together.

To prepare for the Big Day there are certain loose ends some couples do not like to leave to the last minute. For example if you are getting married in Scotland this may include Kilts. Some men need to get used to them before they feel comfortable. We will seek out and give you details of suppliers in your area. If you require a Ceilidh Band you and your wedding party might find it fun to take Scottish Country Dancing lessons.

In addition to the services offered to national couples, to international couples we offer the following services.

• Sourcing suppliers in your local area for that something special i.e. kilts, Scottish country dancing etc. etc.
• Organizing activities for you and your guests on the run up to the Big day
